LCEO is a substep in the CFOP and LMC methods in which you orient your last layer edges whilst inserting your last cross edge. The main idea around LCEO is to make a cross consisting of the first three cross edges and any random edge with the opposite of your current cross color - the orientation of this edge does not matter. F2l is normal unless you use another variant. Once F2l is done, you place the last cross edge whilst making your top cross leading into a corners only OLL(which is amazing for those who don't want to learn full OLL). Of course, you have to learn more algorithms to do the LCEO stage but most of them are only 7 moves each.
